How to Use

1. Unwrap the pad.
2. Remove the adhesive strip on the back.
3. Fix the sticky side of the pad to your underwear.
4. Secure the wings to each side underneath.
5. Change your pad every 6-8 hours to stay leak-free!

Yes, we use SAP! But here’s the difference and why:
Our disposable products deliver the same high level of absorbency as conventional pads, so you can switch to eco-friendly period care without sacrificing performance. Unlike many conventional brands that use synthetic SAP containing micro-plastics, our pads feature a non-toxic absorbent core made primarily from biodegradable wood pulp and plastic-free Sumitomo SAP. This keeps overall SAP content minimal while maintaining reliable, high-performance protection.

We currently only deliver across the United Kingdom.
- Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 delivery for a flat rate of £3.50
- DPD UK Next Day delivery for a flat rate of £6.50
- Orders over £30 or more qualify for free Royal Mail 48-hour tracked shipping.

All orders placed before 4pm from Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, along with access to our client portal to monitor its progress.
