Reusable Sanitary Pad Set

Perfect for overnight! I toss and turn a lot at night so I tend to leak but this pad is wide and absorbent so I don’t get leaks anymore!

I have super heavy flows and usually have to use 2-3 at one time but with LAM super pads I only have to use one! My cramps are also less painful since I started using these pads! I absolutely recommend them!

For the past 2 cycles I’ve been using these padb just to try and honestly they have helped so much with the pain management. I love how long it is too for extra support. Ive encouraged my friends to try them too, totally recommend.

Sooooo I am a LAM girl now. I will NOT be going back to Always which I have been using since I started my period. These pads are wonderful and hold well! I don’t feel much pain during my period and I think these pads have helped with this.
What to improve- Because the pad and packaging are both white it is difficult to see how to rip the pad open. It would be nice to have a different colour packaging to the pad or at least a line and clear design that can help you identify how to / where rip the pad open.
Secondly, The wings of the pad are not that sticky, I’m not sure if it’s to do with the weight of the pads but the wings don’t stick to my underwear. This is a problem i have been having with all sanitary towels I use actually which is why I switched from Always to LAM but it would be great if LAM could improve and fix the problem. Not sure if this is just my experience but I’ve asked a few people and they find wings don’t really stick to underwear too.
Overall, it is a great product and they have now become my staple! I like the company and their ethics too!

These are great honestly! I have pcos so my relationship with my period is hectic to say the least .. but these definitely saved me on my last one. My flow was so heavy nothing else held up so I had to order some more

Super soft, great size. I wich the pads were a bit stickier and I wish the plastic wrap would double as a disposal wrap like the bodyform ones, but I really do love these. I usually have to “make” a long enough pad by combining two night time towels, but this does the job really well!

These were really good for a heavier flow. Would deffo recommend and given the length of the pads gives extra comfort.

Thought I would try these out as an alternative to my always pads focusing on cutting out chemical and fragrance pads. These were really good, loved how they absorbed and the length of the pads. My only critique had to be the centre of the pads I wish it had more cushioning so it wouldn’t cause the pad wings to move and scrunch as much. Would deffo recommend if you’re looking for an organic alternative.

This is my first time purchasing lams, and I’m so impressed! The length is perfect, I have a flow so they really catch everything! Also the texture is so soft and is made of organic ingredients!

Loved this product, not to get too much into the detail but they are far better than the ‘popular brands’
