If you wish to cancel or adjust an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible! Our warehouse team works quickly to get orders packed and shipped, so there’s a high chance your order may already be processed by the time you reach out, but we’ll always do our best to help where possible.
If you receive the wrong order, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost, and we will cover all shipping and handling fees associated with sending the replacement.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@lamforyou.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped (no longer physically with us) or delivered, we are not liable for issues outside of our control, but we will always do our best to assist where possible.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your LAM products. However, due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been fulfilled.
