The LAM Cupboard is an easy-to-maintain unit stocked with free LAM menstrual products - available whenever they’re needed. We provide the cupboard, stock it, and offer optional educational resources around menstrual health, sustainability and more! By placing these cupboards in schools and communities, we remove financial and social barriers, empowering individuals to manage their periods with confidence and dignity.
In honour of Black History Month 2025, we joined forces with Mind for Flow Without Barriers; an event dedicated to period equity, community care, and open conversation.

We then rolled up our sleeves together to assemble menstrual support packs and our products to donate to Local Minds and the Hygiene Bank! Creating space for these conversations isn’t optional...it's essential. Menstrual health is deeply tied to mental health, and when we acknowledge that connection, we open the door to real support, real understanding, and real change.
