Welcome to LAM! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our sustainable period products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. It is important to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying goods from lamforyou.com.
LAM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and any such change will be effective once published on the website and consequently will apply to all orders from that point in time.

1. The Contract Between Us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address provided in your order form. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.
2. Price
The prices payable for goods that you order are as detailed on our website. You will be required to pay extra for delivery. It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are detailed on our website.
3. Delivery
3.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the delivery address provided at the time you make your order.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3.3 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
3.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or customs delays.
3.5 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
4. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your LAM products. However, due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been fulfilled.

5. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel our contract with you under the following circumstances:
• Insufficient stock prevents us from fulfilling your order.
• We do not deliver to your specified location.
• The price of one or more items in your order was incorrectly listed due to a typographical error, software issue, or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers.
If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and refund any amount deducted from your credit card within 30 days. However, we are not liable for any additional compensation for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.
6. User Accounts
6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
6.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 We comply with UK GDPR laws.
7.2 Personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.3 By using our services, you consent to our data processing practices.
8. Liability
8.1 If the goods delivered to you are incorrect, damaged, defective, or not in the correct quantity, we will not be liable unless you notify us in writing at our contact address within 7 days of receiving the goods.
8.2 If you do not receive your order within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will not be liable unless you notify us in writing at our contact address within 30 days from the date of purchase.
8.3 If you report an issue under the above clauses, our sole obligation will be, at your discretion, to:
• Rectify any shortage or non-delivery,
• Replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or
• Issue a refund for the amount paid for the affected goods, using a method of our choice.
8.4 Except where prohibited by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) arising from any issue reported under this clause. Our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid for the affected goods, as stated in clause 8.3.
8.5 Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local laws or exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8.6 You are responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are suitable for your use and do not contain substances that may be harmful to you. If you require information regarding the substances used in our products, their manufacturing process, or packaging, please submit a written request.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes should first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in UK courts.
10. Invalidity
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Notices
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, all notices you send to us must be in writing and delivered to our contact address. Any notices from us to you will be posted on our website as needed.
12. Third-Party Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only our affiliates, employees, or representatives have the authority to enforce the terms of this agreement. Any other party who is not directly involved in this agreement has no such rights. However, this does not limit any legal rights or remedies that a third party may have under applicable law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivering your ordered goods, nor for any damage or defects arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, system or network failures, floods, fires, explosions, or accidents.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, images, and branding, belongs to LAM. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, along with our current website pricing, delivery information, contact details, and privacy policy, constitute the complete agreement governing the supply of goods from us to you. No statements made by any salesperson on our behalf shall be considered a modification of these terms or a legally binding representation regarding the nature or quality of our goods. Except in cases of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall not be liable for any inaccurate or misleading statements.
