Disposables

Panty Liner

Super Pads

Max Pads

Designed for heavy to very heavy flow, including postpartum! Our Max Pads offer extra absorbency with a thicker, ultra-comfortable design that doesn’t feel bulky. With a longer length and wider back for added security, they provide reliable coverage and confidence

Menstrual Cups

Designed for comfortable, long-lasting protection, LAM Menstrual Cups are made from soft 100% medical-grade silicone that gently moulds to your body for a secure, leak-proof fit. Wear for up to 12 hours at a time, with reliable protection and the freedom to move without worry.

  • Small Cup (25ml): Best for light to normal flow, beginners, or those with a low cervix.

  • Large Cup (30ml): Ideal for normal to heavy flow, experienced users, or those with a high cervix.

Reusable Pads

Our Reusable Pads are a highly absorbent, sustainable alternative designed for all flow levels, bladder leaks, and postpartum use. They provide comfort and reliable leak-proof protection with a multi-layer design, thoughtfully crafted with a wider back and adjustable wings for a secure fit.

Remember - there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to manage your period. Your flow can change from day to day, and mixing products is completely normal.
